Unforgettable Holiday

Last year, after having UAS in December, I directly went on an adventure as we just could not wait, I prepared everything a week before. There were five of us, Suci, Dedew, Ephe, and myself. It was Dedew’s idea to have a challenging journey to Lawang Sewu in Semarang. Lawang Sewu was on old building, the remains of the Netherland’s period. They said that the Netherlands troops tortured and killed hundreds of people there. They called this building as Lawang Sewu as it has many doors. At first I was against the idea as I really wanted to spend my holiday in Bali, but then the other two were very eager to have something different and even insisted me to join. It was late at night when we arrived there, that we had to spend the night in a villager’s house nearby. The host, Farish was very welcome, even though the four of us had to share one bedroom. He was sorry for the inconvenience, but the tried to give the best service. He served hot tea and hot water for taking a bath. After giving all the things that we needed, he excused himself and left us alone. Not until we finished taking a bath, we heard a strange noise. We ignored it, but then it got louder and louder. Ian’s face looked strange, his eyes became red, and suddenly he talked differently. It was not him. We then realized he was possessed by a spirit. We decided to call Farish and asked for his help. We searched the house, but we could not find him, to make it worse, we could not find anybody except one old lady who told us that Farish had just passed away a couple of days ago.
